::<ins style="background-color: lightgreen">（四）部门内辅助程序不能正确识别处理的，可能对部门内辅助程序造成破坏或具有功能破坏风险的，或可能使他人对部门内辅助程序产生重大误解的；</ins>
::<ins style="background-color: lightgreen">（五）违反部门规章的其他情形。</ins>
:<ins style="background-color: lightgreen">管理员通知其身份标识违规，但拒不改正的，除强制更改外，并按侵权与处罚编第五章处置。</ins>

:<ins style="background-color: lightgreen">游戏内二创作品指与原作者相比修改量大于三分之一小于三分之二的作品，大于三分之二但小于六分之五的，原作者按照灵感来源予以标注，大于六分之五的，可以按照独立作品标注。只修改颜色的一般不视作修改。</ins>

:部员在使用部内资源进行包括但不限视频、图片、文字等非实时创作、演绎前需要征得作品中涉及到的部员、人工结构所有者同意，作品版权和收益由作者与被涉及者商议决定归属；当作品中涉及公有人工结构时，管理员拥有一票否决权；在投稿时应评论区置顶官号。
