==第一章 服务器的注册==<br />
第一条 <br />
总则第五条定义的服务器必须向管理员会议注册，注册内容需包括服务器名称、服务器负责管理人、服务器运营准则和服务器运营期限。有必要的，还可以提交运营团队名单。<br />
前款所称服务器，可以使用部门二级域名。<br />
第二条 <br />
服务器可以自行确定名称，但是不得损害部门名誉，也不得违法宪法、法律和学校的各项规定。原则上不得重名。<br />
总则中提到的主服务器的名称为主服务器。<br />
管理员会议运营的服务器名称后附注管理员会议。<br />
第三条 <br />
服务器负责管理人必须为正式部员，且不得处于封禁期。<br />
既往退部且未妥善交接工作的，不得成为负责管理人。<br />
主服务器的服务器负责管理人为部长。<br />
管理员会议运营的服务器，服务器负责管理人为部长或管理员会议指定的其他人。<br />
第四条 <br />
服务器运营准则不包含禁止性玩法的，不得以服务器内行为不当为由援引侵权与处罚编第七十四条将部员予以封禁。<br />
第五条 <br />
服务器运营期限包含定期持续、定期间歇、长期持续、长期间歇四种。其中，含定期的指服务器将于某一日期后中止运营，长期指注册时不会在可预见的未来停止运营，持续指服务器注册完成开放之日起不因部门通知和技术性支持以外的原因停机，间歇指注册完成后每次开放可以预见的时长。 <br />
运营期限不为长期持续的，应当将开放方式于注册时一并上交。<br />
第六条 <br />
除主服务器外，其他服务器的注册信息应作为规章附件公示。<br />
主服务器运营准则按总则有关内容，结合本分则制定公示。<br />

==第二章 服务器运营变更备案==<br />
第七条 <br />
服务器注册内容发生变化的，应当及时向管理员会议进行变更备案。<br />
第八条 <br />
注册时没有运营名单的，可以通过变更备案增加。<br />
第九条 <br />
除服务器运营准则外，其他变更在管理员会议审核通过时生效，服务器运营准则在管理员会议对外公布时生效。<br />
第十条 <br />
服务器缩短运营期限的，其时长不得少于申请变更之日起三周。<br />
<br />
==第三章 日常运营经费来源==<br />
第十一条 <br />
部门运营的服务器经费来源为部门。<br />
第十二条 <br />
非部门运营的服务器经费来源为服务器负责管理人。<br />
部门经费存在结余时，可以申请经费补贴。<br />
既往侵犯部门财物，或者有盗窃、诈骗等行为的负责管理人，其运营的服务器不得获得部门财物支持。<br />
服务器负责管理人不得直接向部员索要经费，部员不得直接向服务器负责管理人捐助经费，必须通过定向捐赠的方式由部门支付，该部分费用只能用于服务器日常开销。此款不受前款限制。<br />
<br />
==第四章 服务器注销==<br />
第十三条 <br />
当服务器运营期限届满，或因不可抗力不得中止运营时，服务器注销。<br />
第十四条 <br />
服务器运营内容与宪法、法律、校规和部门规章严重冲突的，管理员会议强制予以注销。<br />
第十五条 <br />
终止运营的服务器的存档应当交由管理员会议保存。</div>
